Gionee India launched the Budget Smartphone Gionee X1 smartphone in India. Gionee X1 featuring a fingerprint sensor, 3000mAh battery, and dedicated microSD card slot. The Gionee X1 price in India is Rs. 8,999, and it is now available to purchase via offline retailers. The mid-end smartphone will be available in Black and Gold color options.

At the launch of Device, the company has partnered with Airtel to provide its subscribers (both new and existing) additional 10 GB data per month for six successive recharges. Additionally, X1 buyers will get two PayTM cash back vouchers codes entitling them with Rs 250 cash back on a minimum purchase of Rs 350 on PayTM Mall.
Gionee X1 Specifications and Features
The Device comes with an intuitive fingerprint sensor. However the fingerprint sensor isn’t responsible for the “security and privacy protection of your phone but also serves to take a selfie stably and conveniently”, says the company. The smartphone comes with three individual slots that can be simultaneously connected to two different networks while running an external SD card of up to 256 GB. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor and comes coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.
The dual-SIM Gionee X1 runs Amigo 4.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat, and it sports a 5-inch HD 720×1280 pixels IPS display. On the camera front, the Gionee X1 comes with an 8-megapixel rear as well as a front facing camera. The phone “has everything to make every user’s smartphone experience seamless and enjoyable”. “For the selfie addicts, Gionee X1 delivers stunning selfies even in the night with its 1.12?m pixel.” Further, the front camera comes with a front flash which the company promises to deliver “brighter and clearer selfies in the lowest of low-light conditions”.

Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. It has dimensions of 144.3×72.2×8.8mm.
