Indian smartphone brand Kult has now launched its third smartphone in India, named Kult Gladiator. The smartphone is 4G-VoLTE enabled and is priced at Rs 6,999 in black colour. The Kult Gladiator will be available on e-commerce site Amazon India starting September 24. Customers can register for the smartphone on Amazon India.
Kult Gladiator is a budget smartphone that comes with a large 4000mAh battery and an 8-megapixel front camera with an LED flash as its major highlights. There is launch offers as well that include additional 4G data via Jio and one-time screen replacement warranty.
Kult Gladiator Features
The metallic body Kult Gladiator supports dual SIM cards, sports a 5.5-inch HD 720×1280 pixels ON-CELL IPS display supported with a 2.5D curved glass. Kult Gladiator has a dedicated microSD card slot and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. The phone runs on Android Nougat. The smartphone packs in 32GB ROM which is expandable up to 64GB. The smartphone memory supports 3 slots- 2 SIM slots + 1 Micro SD slot. The home button sensor in the phone also doubles as the fingerprint sensor. Along with unlocking the device, it can also unlock and open selected applications, answer calls, play and pause music and movies, turn off the alarm and also scroll the home page. On the optics front, the Kult Gladiator 4G comes with a 13MP rear AF camera with LED flash and 8MP selfie camera with LED selfie flash.

In the photography department, the Kult Gladiator has a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, while on the front end, it houses an 8-megapixel fixed focus camera for selfies and video calling, also with an LED ‘Selfie’ flash. It has 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The smartphone comes with a fingerprint scanner, LED notification light, and smart awake features that are essentially gestures used to open preset apps right from the home screen without unlocking it.
The Kult Gladiator packs a huge 4000mAh battery under-the-hood. For connectivity, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, FM radio, and 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 156.9×77.2×9.3mm.
Kult debuted in the smartphone market in the year 2015 with a budget smartphone named Kult 10 priced at Rs 7,999. The phone was designed and manufactured in partnership with Taiwanese company ODM Wistron. The latest phone launched by Kult is the Beyond. It was launched in August 2017. The smartphone sports a 5.2-inch screen and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that’s expandable. There’s a 13MP camera both on the front and back.
